Wendy C, Goldstein, J.D., M.P.H., has more than 26 years of experience managing and serving in the Health Care & Life Sciences Regulatory practices of two national law firms. Ms. Goldstein’s practice concentrated in fraud and abuse, FDA, government and private health care programs, pricing, transparency and related regulatory and corporate compliance matters relevant to manufacturers, payors and providers. She also defended her health care and life sciences clients in all phases of federal and state health care fraud actions and settlements. Wendy has been recognized by Chambers USA, the Legal 500 United States, The Best Lawyers in America , Crain’s New York Business and LMG Life Sciences stars including LMG Attorney of the Year for Health Care Pricing and Reimbursement in 2013. She speaks and writes frequently and, currently, serves on several non-profit boards relevant to the health care industry.
